Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return or exchange period from the date you receive your Oscar Eide garment.
- All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@oscareide.nz within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective.
- Upon receipt of your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Repair Policy
- Manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge, regardless of when they're discovered.
- Minor issues may be repaired free of charge at our discretion.
- Major repairs or alterations will be available for a reasonable fee.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send items to our workshop.
- To initiate a repair, email info@oscareide.nz with photos of your garment and its unique identification number. We'll assess the issue and provide guidance on next steps.
