We want you to love your Oscar Eide purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our team at info@oscareide.nz with your order number and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@oscareide.nz, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
