Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Wānaka, New Zealand.

Ready-to-ship items
Orders for in-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Made-to-order / pre-order items
Made-to-order and pre-order items are produced in small batches and have longer lead times. Estimated dispatch is shown on the product page. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

New Zealand shipping
Tracked shipping is available nationwide. Delivery estimates are provided after dispatch and may vary by region.

International shipping
We ship to selected countries. International delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delays / lost parcels / damage
